Synopsis: Imagen Award-nominated "Handy Manny," an innovative multicultural series about making things work, is designed to infuse young viewers with an enthusiasm to take on life's challenges while teaching them basic Spanish words and phrases and exposing them to aspects of Latin culture. Set in the multicultural community of Sheet Rock Hills, the stories follow Manny Garcia, a friendly handyman who has a feisty and sometimes bickering set of talking tools (Felipe, Pat, Squeeze, Rusty, Stretch, Turner, Dusty and the recently introduced, Flicker), but together, they eagerly assist neighbors by taking on their fix-it projects, no matter how big or small. Along the way, Manny and his friends model conflict resolution and problem solving skills as part of Disney Junior's mission to help kids imagine, learn and grow up well-rounded.
