Mia Talerico stars as Charlie, the loveable and mischievous preschooler who is adjusting to not being the baby of the family anymore, in Disney Channel's Emmy Award-nominated comedy series "Good Luck Charlie."

Although she's not a twin and was only crawling at the time of her first audition, Talerico's effervescent personality (and her eager demonstration of a yoga pose she learned in a Mommy & Me yoga class) captured the producers' hearts and she was quickly cast as baby Charlie.

Talerico enjoys riding her bike, swimming, dancing, singing, painting, crafts and play dates with friends to the park, beach and zoo. She recently traveled to Hawaii and Mexico and enjoyed meeting fans along the way. Talerico loves animals and has a pet hamster named Fluffy and a fish named Angel. Currently in preschool, Talerico is learning how to read and write, and sing songs in Spanish. She loves to play dress up and thinks a tutu completes every outfit.

Talerico was born September 17, 2008 in Santa Barbara, California, where she currently resides with her parents, Chris and Claire.
